As with Shofu Dormitory and Umegaoka Dormitory, Tokyo International Exchange House (special room allocation) is reserved for international students that are newcomers to Japan. International students currently resident in Japan cannot move into these facilities. Komaba International Students House accepts direct applications for some rooms, so you can contact them directly.
