I am an international student and want to know if I am guaranteed a place on-campus now that I have received my full offer from Monash University?
Monash University does not have a guaranteed housing program in place for either first year students or international students. All students need to apply for the accommodation. All applications are processed on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. The only time a students’ accommodation is confirmed (or guaranteed) is when the student has received and accepted an Offer of Residency from Monash Residential Services, and they have paid and Monash Residential Services has received payment of the Building and Amenities Fee.
