The TOEFL/IELTS score requirement depends on the department to which you are applying, the country in which you studied, as well as the degree you earned. Applicants who believe they should receive a waiver from the TOEFL or IELTS exam should contact the department they wish to apply to or the Graduate Affairs and Admissions Office.
