I am an HR Representative and I need to see the personal pages (Performance Journal, Goals/Development Plans, Documents, etc.) for employees in my area of responsibility; where do I go to view them?

In the welcome screen you should see a tab named “My Representees’ records.” When you click on it, you will see all employees you have access to and their personal pages.
