I am an existing TPG ADSL2+ customer, can I switch to the TPG and Home Phone bundle?
We cannot transfer existing ADSL2+ customers to the ADSL2+ and Home Phone bundle due to technical limitations that Telstra put onto TPG. In order to make the transfer, we are required to remove your existing ADSL2+ service and make a new connection. This means existing TPG customers will have to cancel their existing service and signup again for the ADSL2+ and Home Phone bundle. TPG is working with Telstra to overcome their limitations and no ETA at this stage.
