As long as your Short Message Service Centre number is setup correctly, you will be able to send short messages to a overseas mobile operator’s subscriber as you would to a SingTel Mobile subscriber. If your phone is already configured properly and you are able to send short messages to local subscribers, you will be able to send Global SMS to a overseas mobile operator’s subscriber. However, the overseas mobile operator must be within the list of supported networks .
