Since the Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone takes advantage of both the Sprint PCS and Nexetel Direct Connect® networks, your account was moved to a new billing system. This caused your Sprint PCS bill to be finalized. You will receive a new Sprint bill from our combined Sprint Nextel billing system.
