Since the Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone takes advantage of both the Sprint PCS and Nexetel Direct Connect® networks, your account had to be moved to our new billing system. In time, your Sprint PCS phones will also be moved to the new billing system. Until that time, you will be receiving two separate bills, one for your Sprint PCS services and one for your Sprint Nextel Hybrid Phone services and any other Nextel services. You will be contacted before your Sprint PCS services are combined with your Hybrid and Nextel services.
