I am an existing Optus Internet customer. Can I transfer my email address to my new Optus Broadband Satellite service?
Yes you can. When you apply for Optus Broadband Satellite you will be asked to nominate a preferred email address. You should nominate a new address which will allow you to keep your existing Optus email address until the new service is installed and ensure that you have continuous email access. Once the new service is installed you will need to call Optus Broadband Satellite Customer Service who will arrange for the cancellation of the Optus Internet service and the transfer of your original email address to the Broadband Satellite service.
