No, the promotion is only applicable to new subscriptions from 17 October 2009 onwards. Digital Voice Home customers who had signed up earlier would have had the opportunity to enjoy the existing Free 3 Months Value Bundle promotion and therefore would not be entitled to enjoy another similar promotion on their existing Digital Voice Home line. However, if you are signing up for an additional Digital Voice Home line, you will be entitled to enjoy the promotion on your new line.
