I am an exempt (monthly paid) employee. How will my available vacation days be displayed on the salary statement in Employee Self-Service?
Vacation for exempt employees will be displayed in “hours” instead of “days.” For example, if you have 128 vacation hours in the “Allowed” column and you work an eight-hour day, that would equate to 16 days of vacation. Although the vacation time is listed in hours, they must still be taken in half-day increments.
