A. Yes. If you are designated by your principal as an ELA-S or combined ELA-S/ELA-E classroom and have passed the Spanish Language Proficiency (SLP) exam or the New Mexico 4 Skills Exam, you are eligible for the Hard to Staff bonus. Please see the ELA website for additional FAQs.
