Make sure your account information is up to date by calling the AutoExpreso Customer Service Center at 1-888-688-1010 or logging on to your account. • If you have automatic replenishment, we may replenish your account when the balance is low, check to see that you have sufficient funds and/or that the credit card has not expired. • If you have Manual replenishment (cash), make sure your payment has been received on time. • If you’ve recently purchased a new car, make sure to add your new vehicle to your account information. • Ensure your AutoExpreso tag is mounted properly to your windshield for proper reading. If all of the above are updated already and you still received the notice, contact the Toll Violations Center at 1-888-688-1010.
