That is awesome! How foreward thinking! I am not sure what you mean by “make it big”, but you have great potential as a translator/interpreter at the UN or for a government agency. Also, working for an organization involved in international relations, or a firm involved in international trade, such as a big law firm or financial firm. If you are fluent enough, you could also work for a business that has need for bilingual people to work in various capacities.

Go to work for the CIA. They’re going to need people who are fluent in Chinese. They pay very, very well. I just hope you’re loyal to the USA and not China.

Your problem is that you work for a bank, which typically pays low wages even in Sales. Look outside of the banking industry for jobs that require bilingual Mandarin as a skill for success.
