I am an agent arranging a supply of controlled oil from another RDCO who delivers directly to commercial ships. How is this treated on the return form?

The RDCO supplying the oil accounts for the transaction as a supply to another RDCO. The receiving RDCO (ie agent) does not need to include these transactions on his return. (Public Notice 192 – Section 6.1).
