I am an Admirals Club member; however, my family (spouse/son/daughter/parent) is traveling without me today. Can they still use the lounge or use my card to access the lounge?

No. Memberships are non-transferable. Family members and guests are only allowed access when traveling with you. Spouse/Spousal Equivalent/Domestic Partner memberships are available at a discounted rate or they may also purchase a one-day pass.
