I am already registered/empanelled in one of GoK departments. Is registration in e-Procurement platform still required?

Yes. Even if already registered in one or more of GoK departments, contractors will still need to register in e-Procurement portal. Only registered contractors will be allowed to participate in tenders floated in e-Procurement platform.
