eBay sellers with an active UPS account enrolled in the UPS Special Pricing Program prior to February 7, 2011 automatically receive increased savings on UPS Air and International shipments when using the enrolled UPS account. Sellers will continue to receive up to 23% off UPS Ground rates. If you are already enrolled in the UPS Special Pricing Program for eBay Sellers you don’t have to do anything to have the new rates applied to your UPS shipments.
