Students who are already admitted to a graduate program at WSU need to complete a Graduate Change of Status request form and submit this application to the Department of Computer Science. This form is available from the Graduate School web site: http://www.gradschool.wayne.edu/forms/ChangeofStatus.pdf. Along with your Graduate Change of Status request, please complete the Graduate Admission Evaluation Form, which is available in MS Word and pdf formats from http://www.cs.wayne.edu/index.php?option=com_content&task=category&sectionid=7&id=24&Itemid=38. It is also necessary to request that your application file be transferred from your current department to the Department of Computer Science for review.
