I am activating my SafeWord for product and I am receiving an error message stating: Token Group ID “PGxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx’ not found. How do I add my additional users to my SafeWord product?

The PG serial number you are trying to activate is a non-activating serial number. You should have received a Token Group ID (TKxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). Please re-try your activation using the Token Group ID instead of the PG serial number.
