To view your music files make sure your phone is in “Music” mode. On many phone models you will need to locate and select “Media Center” (some phones use the phrase “Get it Now”); next select “Music and Tones” then “Sync Music”. To view pictures and videos change the setting back to “Data” mode by pressing “CLR” and “END”.
