When your Electronic Credit Voucher was issued, it may not have been stored under your WorldPerks account number. You may view these ECV’s after logging in with your WorldPerks account number, last name, and PIN. Once logged in you will need to click on the link to view ECV’s not associated to your WorldPerks account number. If you are unable to view your voucher on nwa.com contact Northwest Airlines Reservations for information on your document.
