I am a VIE for a year in Hong Kong for the Chinese subsidiary of a leading French Group. At the end of my assignment, can I continue my VIE in a subsidiary of the group located in another country ?
It is only possible to pursue the assignment in another subsidiary if the company which signed the original contract with UBIFRANCE (also known as the recipient company) requests a country transfer to a new host structure (subject to the visa being in order). It is the company that signed the original contract that will sign the endorsement; not the subsidiary.
