If you are a University of Arizona undergraduate, or if you are a graduate student in another program applying to Optical Sciences, you do not need to submit an official transcript. However, the Admissions Committee requests that University of Arizona undergraduates submit an unofficial transcript. You can obtain an unofficial transcript from the Registrar http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/ An unofficial transcript costs about $1.00.
