It’s only illegal in mass to take pictures of minors. It may be against union rules though. Just don’t publish the pictures without permission. Don’t use them for slander.

Yes, I believe so. I remember there was a guy that worked at Dominick’s and one of his co workers took a picture of him sleeping and they fired him.
