The NIRG is not for senior post-docs currently working abroad who wish to return to the UK and who are seeking full personal support. You may be more suited to the MRC Career Development Award, Clinician Scientist or Senior Fellowship schemes as they particularly welcome post-doctoral researchers who are abroad and are planning to return to the UK.
