No. The materials ban does not currently apply to residential customers of the SWMD who set trash out at the curb for collection. However, because our ability to conserve space at the Ordot Dump until the new landfill is completed depends on the cooperation of everyone in Guam, it is anticipated that the ban will be extended to residential customers of the SWMD in the future, after proper planning and community notification.
