The desktop software requires you to register with it in order to complete the order you have placed using the software. You will be asked to register/login just before payment, during the order process, in the downloaded software. Your online account details with ColorMailer are different from those with the downloaded software. So your existing online ColorMailer username and password will not work in the downloaded software. You can register separately with the software and proceed with the order process.
