You can also leave the caretaker a gift of money with the request that it be used to care for your pet. • Lets same-sex couples in California indicate whether they are married or in a registered domestic partnership. Information for Caregivers and Survivors Lets you leave important information for those who will care for your pet when you no longer can, including food requirements, health concerns/medicines, veterinarians, exercise/activities, sleeping habits, grooming needs, and requests for memorializing your pet at the end of its life.
