Part-time employees are defaulted into a limited-benefits package offering Delta Dental DPO plan, with a basic disability plan and a life/AD&D insurance plan with minimum benefits. If the individual is an OCEA member, he or she has the option to purchase all supplemental benefits offered to full-time employees, at a slightly higher cost.
