Unless exempt by Rule 60A-1.032, non-State Term Contract vendors shall report all fee-eligible business activity on a monthly basis if the balance of all accumulated Transaction Fees owed is greater than $50. If you owe $50 or less in a reporting period, you can carryover Transaction Fees owed until the total Transaction Fees owed is $50 or greater. As of October 4th, 2004, Transaction Fee Reporting Form (PUR 3776) must be submitted online through the Transaction Fee Reporting System available from the vendor?s MyFloridaMarketPlace vendor registration account located at https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com using your established username and password.
