I am a Non-resident of the USA. Am I required to use the Glacier/Cintax system to file my tax returns?
If you are a non-resident of the USA, Princeton University has a software system called CINTAX available to you (via the Glacier system) free of charge to use to help you to file your income tax return. You are not required to use this system and may file manually or use another system if you choose to not to use this system.
