I am a new student at Hastings. Do I have a PCounter web account and if so, what is my username and password?
Yes. Your PCounter web account is active and you can log in and add funds to your account. You will not be able to use the new Xerox Print/Release stations until you have your Hastings student ID card AND until it has been activated by the Business Center. Once you receive your ID card it will take the Business Center about 72 hours to activate your Hastings ID card so that it will be used at the Xerox Print/Release stations. Your PCounter account user name is your Hastings e-mail account name and your Hastings e-mail account password.
