The following items are required for new service: Current driver’s license or picture identification Social Security card and/or document with social security number imprinted If you are not a homeowner, but are renting, you will need a signed copy of your lease. There is a non-refundable $25 activation fee as well as a $50 deposit which is applied to the final bill upon discontinuance of services.
