As a Governor’s School student you will be considered a Freshman commuter student. Since this program is sponsored by Southside VA Community College, you will be required to display a SVCC parking permit on your car. You will also be required to purchase a Longwood University permit that must also be displayed. Failure to obtain a permit and the accumulation of parking fines will result in notices sent to the student’s parents and instructors. You are encouraged to use your schools bus service to come to campus if that option is available.
