First time voters must register in person in order to be eligible for an absentee ballot. Contact the election commission office to request an application for an absentee ballot. If you qualify for an absentee ballot, we will mail your ballot to your dorm or apartment outside of the county. You may contact Becky Bumgardner at ext. 232.
