Halsell has been designated as an Upper-classman and Gender Inclusive hall. Transfer and upper-class students have first priority over placement in Halsell Hall. Once we have accommodated all the transfer and upper-class students who have requested Halsell, we will assign incoming freshman as space is available. It is best to select other buildings on your application.
