Yes. Gratz College is an approved CLE provider in Pennsylvania. Per the Florida CLER website, courses approved by other state bars are generally acceptable for use toward satisfying Florida’s CLER. After completing the Gratz College Online CLE course, attorneys must simply go to www.floridabar.org. Click on Member Profile on the right side of the web page and then click on CLE Activity Posting. A Continuing Legal Education Application for Course Attendance Credit must be filed by the attorney. All necessary information is available on the Gratz College CLE website to complete the paperwork. It is recommended that the attorney set up a member profile ahead of time on the Florida Bar website.
