I am a District Health Services Employees’ Award (DHSEA) non-shift worker and have not received the correct Sunday overtime rate. When will this be paid?
A system fix has been implemented to ensure DHSEA non-shift workers are paid the correct Sunday overtime rate. This will be applied retrospectively from 8 March 2010. If you are a DHSEA non-shift worker and you have not been paid double time for Sunday overtime, you will notice a number of adjustments in the Retrospective Payments box on your 15 December payslip.
