Yes. District facilitators have a menu item under “My ACCESS Training” called “My District’s Quiz Grades.” You can print off the whole page, download the information as a spreadsheet, or search for them individually by name and then check their quiz grades and print their certificates. Otherwise, you can ask teachers to print out a copy of their quiz grades when they have finished and give a hard copy to you for your records. Teachers can do this by either printing off the “My Quizzes” page, or by printing the certificate.

It is not possible to create and/or print a roster of teachers from your district who have taken and passed the quizzes for the Test Administrator training. There are really two ways to handle checking on people. One is for you or someone with ?WIDAInstructor? status to search for them individually by name and then check their quiz grades. You could look up everyone or just do a spot check. The second way is for you to ask teachers to print out a copy of their quiz grades when they have finished and give a hard copy to you for your records. Teachers can do this by either printing off the results of each quiz as they finish it, or they can go to the link called ?grades? and print off a report of all their quiz grades.
