I am a Clinical Faculty member or OPTIwest Resident, how do I request a username/password to get remote access to the librarys databases?

The summer password expired on July 1, 2008. On July 1, 2008 the library began using a new remote authentication system for clinical faculty/OPTIwest residents. To use the new authentication system you will need to fill out an online application form. Once your application has been approved you will be issued a personalized username/password. This username and password will expire on June 30, 2009 at which time you will need to submit your application again. Remote access passwords are for individual, non-commercial use and may not be shared.
