I am a Certified DBE interested in performing Quality Control on several projects. Would my company count towards DBE goals on projects for primes?

Please refer to Section 3(b) of the Special Note for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program in the project proposal. The dollar amount of services provided for quality control testing will count toward DBE participation. It is recommended that all testing certifications be submitted with the DBE plan.
