For the at-sea fleet that does not have Internet service, a Desktop Application (software package) can be used to generate files that you will submit via email. This Desktop Application software can be obtained by contacting NOAA Fisheries, Sustainable Fisheries Division toll-free at (800) 304-4846 (option 3).
