I am a Carrier and a Freight forwarder / Broker who sometimes brokers loads to other Carriers, can I use Cargo Auctions?
A. Yes, you can use Cargo Auction only as a Carrier serving the Cargo Auctions listing ONLY with your own vehicles/trucks. You are not allowed to broker Cargo Auctions load listings to a third party Carrier, (in which case you will jeopardize your membership with Cargo Auctions).
