I am a Buyer who doesn log into FBO directly. Using my interfacing method, how can I attach a document package at the same time I submit a notice?

Buyers using FBO Web Services can now simultaneously post a notice and a document package. Previously, only the web service method to submit a Justification & Approval (J&A) notice type (submitJA) allowed users to submit a document package inline with the notice submission. For non J&A notice types, users had to first submit the base notice and then attach desired files/links using the Document Upload method. Each web service method now includes optional file and link elements. The label for the package is “Attachment.” The J&A notice method explicitly labels the package as “Justification & Approval.” However, submitting document packages inline with notice submissions for other notice types would: 1) Add a document package with the label “Attachment” and 2) ensure the type is “other.” Note: If interfacing users want to upload the solicitation package explicitly, they will still have to use the DocumentUpload template.
