I am a BigPond Broadband user and I am being metered for bandwidth on GameArena! What do I do?
If you are having issues with the usage limit, you will need to contact BigPond support for more information. As noted above, usage issues for BigPond customers are managed by the BigPond support centre – for more information, please visit the BigPond website: http://www.bigpond.com. PLEASE NOTE that some download managers attempt to ‘help’ your download by automatically finding other servers to download from, or by downloading part of the file from these servers. BigPond users will need to note that such downloads will NOT be unmetered – if you are unsure, please disable your download manager before downloading.
