I would recommend a multivitamin. You may be noticing a decrease in your energy levels from the decreased calorie intake on your new diet. However, if the diet is continued, many women notice a subsequent increase in energy. I would reevaluate your diet to be certain that you are not leaving out any of the major food groups. Provided your diet is balanced, adding a multivitamin to your regimen should be adequat.
