For reasons of liability and to ensure an appropriate learning environment is maintained, participants must be between the ages of 18-35 years by June 30, 2006 . Those who fall outside this range may still apply but must explain their reasons for wanting to participate in the Comments section and are subject to the approval of the Registration Committee. Priority will be given to those between the ages of 18-35 years. In previous years, the average age of participants was 24 years old.
