I am 16, 55 and 135 pounds. i want to gain muscle, what is a good workout plan and diet?
I was exactly that height and weight a few months ago. I gained 10 pounds in no time. It wasn’t through working out. I’m just less active than before and started eating more. However, whatever you gain can be converted to muscle. I was that skinny because I only ate when my mom cooked stuff. After I started eating at restaurants (fast food) more often, food just became more accessible and so I’m never hungry for too long. So, frequency of eating will pack on the pounds in a way one of those expensive protein supplements never could… I actually wanted to stay at 135. My younger bro is taller than me but I outweigh him by a couple pounds. I’m at 146ish now, just by eating more often.
