If you passed an approved Probability and Statistics in Engineering or Physical Sciences Undergraduate Program within the past five years, you may be eligible to waive ApSc 115. You must fill out a “Waiver of Admission Conditions Form” and present it along with the transcript reflecting the equivalent course to your advisor for approval. If the course title does not clearly reflect its content, you must submit a description of the course from that school’s catalog. Return the signed form, transcript and course description to the student forms bin in the EMgt office for the Chairman’s approval. A copy of the approved form will be mailed to you. 7.
